Our desire at JordynCherise is that you are absolutely thrilled with your purchase. However, if you are not thrilled the moment you open your purchase or at any time within the next 15 days, we want to make it right! If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at: customercare@jordyncherise.com.
You are able to return or exchange an unlaundered/unworn/unaltered item(s) in original condition with JordynCherise tags and labels attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, stained or altered. We reserve the right to determine whether an item is returnable.
To maintain accuracy, please include the JordynCherise packing slip with the merchandise you are returning. Because we offer free shipping on most of our items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For items where shipping charges were paid by the customer, the charges and the refund amount paid for the merchandise will be reimbursed in the manner in which it was purchased, or you can request a merchandise credit.
When shipping your return, by the carrier of your choice, we suggest that you purchase insurance at the rate of value, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged by your carrier of choice. Insurance charges are not refundable.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. All returns must be shipped back with a tracking number. Return shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price minus applicable shipping costs. Please note custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Exchanges
Because of the limited availability of JC items, exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested item is not available, it may take up to 3-4 weeks to receive the new item. When the item requested is completed, it will be shipped to you free of charge. If a different item is desired, you will receive a refund after the original item is returned and a new order is placed.
