After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details (typically within one hour). Please check your spam folder and add customercare@jordyncherise.com to your contacts.

Subsequently, you will receive another email containing a tracking number once your order has been shipped. We will ship orders once payment processing has gone through (typically within 7 days)

In the order shipment confirmation email, click the "Track Shipment" button next to the tracking number in the email. This will take you to USPS tracking website. We typically ship out orders on Wednesdays, Fridays, & Saturdays.

To manage and track your order on our site, log in to your account on our website (click on the avatar button on the top right of the site located next to the shopping bag) and navigate to the 'My Orders' section in the drop down menu. There, you can view the status of your order, track its shipment, and make any necessary changes or updates.

If you do not have an account, when you click on the avatar button on the top right of the site a page will appear with the message 'Sign Up' or 'Create Account'. Fill in your details, such as your name, email address, and password, and then follow the prompts to complete the registration process. Once done, you'll have your own account to enjoy personalized shopping and exclusive offers.

We will ship your order once payment processing has gone through (typically within 7 days).

We currently ship orders every Wednesday. Additional shipping days may vary depending on our schedule, but we're actively working on expanding our shipping availability. Stay tuned for updates!

If you need to change your shipping address, please email us as soon as possible at customercare@jordyncherise.com or call us at 734-482-7436 with your order number and updated address information. Typically, we're able to make updates and changes within 24 of an order being placed.

If your order has not been prepared for shipment yet, we will be happy to edit your address for you. If your order has already been packaged for shipment, we will be unable to edit the shipping.

If you happen to receive an incorrect item from us, we will make it right!

If you received your package and something was missing from your order, we will make it right! Please email us at: customercare@jordyncherise.com or call us at 734-482-7436 with your order number as soon as possible.

Don't worry - if you haven't received part of your order yet, we haven't forgotten about it! We prefer to send your in-stock items out as quickly as possible. Some of our items take longer to ship or may be shipped separately. If your order contains one or more items, rest assured we will have these items shipped out as quickly as possible! Once they're shipped, we'll provide you with a new tracking number for that shipment.

If you receive damaged merchandise, please keep all packging, merchandise and take a photo. This will help with the insurance claims on damaged packages with the USPS. USPS Ground Advantage includes $100 insurance.

For missing packages, send the package tracking number so JC can start a missing package inquiry. If you are a USPS customer with Informed Deliivery Service, you can go on the USPS website and file a claim online as well. The steps for missing packages starts with the tracking number, completing a Help Request Form and, if missing for 7 days submitting a Missing Mail Search Request. This can be an involved process, so please make sure we have your correct shipping address when you purchase.
